| • Proofs must be returned no later than 9:00 am, Tuesday morning or your ad will not appear in the paper for the edition pending such proof. • The Weekly reserves the right to edit, omit or reject advertising and to determine the classification of advertising. • The Weekly will not be held responsible for more than one incorrect insertion of an advertisement, nor for more than the amount of that advertised insertion. • Acceptance of advertising is subject to the approval of the editor. • Publication of an advertisement does not constitute an agreement of continued publication. • The Weekly gladly accepts requests for specific locations in our paper for advertising, and we will always do our best to honor those requests. However, location of an advertisement cannot be guaranteed and The Weekly will not be held liable for the location of any advertisement. • The Weekly reserves the right to revise advertising rates upon 30 days written notice. |
• All ads, whether Display, Commercial Classified, Non-Commercial Classified, or Business & Service Guide, can be emailed to <weekly@localnet.com> • Acceptable File Formats - The Weekly is Macintosh based and produced in Adobe InDesign CS. Please send your ads via e-mail to the above address or by CD via mail or delivery to The Weekly, 126 Saratoga Road, Glenville, NY 12302. Include the ad size, contact and billing information and the issue for insert with all files. We will accept the following file formats for display advertising. – Adobe PDF. Color ads MUST be constructed in CMYK composite. – Adobe InDesign 2.0 or higher (include all linked graphics and fonts). – Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or higher (include all linked graphics and fonts). – Photos should be at a minimum of 250 dpi, in one of the following formats: TIFF, Photoshop, EPS, PDF or JPEG. The Weekly WILL NOT accept ads or graphics created in Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Word. Ads created in unsupported programs will be reset, please include all graphics. • Mechanical Measurements - – 84 total column inches for most pages (14 inches vertically by 6 columns horizontally.) – Horizontal measurement is in picas as following: 1 Column 9.4 picas 1.57 inches 2 Columns 20 picas 3.34 inches 3 Columns 30.5 picas 5.08 inches 4 Columns 41 picas 6.83 inches 5 Columns 52 picas 8.67 inches 6 Columns 62 picas 10.34 inches Fonts must be PostScript (Macintosh compatible) or Open Type. The Weekly reserves the right to substitute fonts if necessary. Please, include a hard copy or PDF of your ad. |

Deadline is Tuesday at 1 PM PRIOR to the week of publication • Non-Commercial - $7.50 per week / 25 words • 15% Discount for Multiple Weeks - Payable in Advance. Plus 20¢ per each additional word. Deadline is Tuesday at 1 PM PRIOR to the week of publication. • Business & Service Guide - Typeset blocks (4 lines - includes bold name and phone) • $40.00/4 Weeks. Customer provided logo will be inserted at an additional cost of $5.00 per week. Payable in Advance. Deadline is Tuesday at 11 am PRIOR to the week of publication. |

• Inside Pages (Base Rate Full Color) - $12.00 per column inch. Additional discounts for running the ad 13, 26 or 50 weeks. |
• Payment terms are net 30 days from the day of invoice for all Display Advertising. Classified ads must be pre-paid in full. • A finance charge is added to all unpaid balances at a periodic rate of 1.5% per month. The annual rate is 18%. VISA, MasterCard, Discover NOVUS and AMEX cards are accepted. |
